Employer branding film for Deloitte


Deloitte asked us to prepare a video presenting the employees of the WorkDay department. On the one hand, Deloitte suggested that the film should take the form of hundreds of statements to the camera, on the other hand, we wanted to escape from rigid statements written on paper. The key was to show the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that prevails in the office. We decided to conduct extensive conversations led by the director, who during the conversation focused on a specific topic. Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. During the production, we used two cameras. The first one registered employees in the medium plan. The second camera showed a broader context of the situation and was placed in different places, which made it possible, on the one hand, to present the attractive Deloitte office and, on the other hand, to make the film more dynamic at the editing stage.
